A moment designed with care. You’ll be welcomed with an electrolyte drink before stepping into a heated room for a 60 minute hot sculpt. Once your body is warm and open, we’ll slow it down with a 20 minute stretch, easing you back into deep relaxation.

After class, you’ll gather around a thoughtfully set table with nourishing snacks and drinks, a moment to connect with like minded individuals. You’ll leave feeling your best, carrying a goodie bag filled with some of our favorite wellness brands.

Please remember to hydrate well before, during, and after your session, and avoid heavy meals beforehand. We recommend light, breathable activewear for comfort. If you have grippy socks then you might bring them as well.
